Hello, I’m Rania. Thank you for being here. My paintings bring together the things I love to look at: people, flowers, colourful streets and the changing light on water.

What I love to paint

to be inspired by.
Sometimes it’s a colour that catches my attention. Sometimes it’s a small gesture, like the way a dancer holds her arms or someone sits at a piano. Those details give me a place to begin.
I enjoy moving between different subjects. A lively street calls for bright colour; a quiet figure asks for something softer. You’ll find a little of both in this collection.
